Above all, it looks wonderful, and the idea of customizable "pages" is pretty sweet. But I think the shift away from the standard three-pane or two-pane viewing modes will require some sort of fundamental change in how one approaches reading web news; reading from fewer sources aggregated into a single page, as opposed to managing dozens of subscriptions. I'm intrigued to see how much someone like myself, or anyone who has ammassed a large subscription list, will enjoy using it.
